Mr. Pennington is currently an independent advisor to the lower middle market transaction industry. He routinely affiliates with other finns and private equity groups on a project-by-project basis. Transactions include both buy- and sell-side. He has led, or been involved with at a senior level, over 200 M&A transactions and over 60 financing transactions. He has served as a financial executive in public companies, been a partner at a CPA firm, and a Director at a national accounting firm. He was in-house M&A staff for a Fortune 1000 company, with involvement in over 30 deals.

  • Appraised the financial assets and holding of a celebrity chef.

  • Developed comprehensive financial and working capital model for a manufacturing start-up.
